About the Role
Role & Responsibilities of the position would include:
Making out bound calls for sales process and lead generation.
Provide Customer Service/ Support via calls, emails or chats.
Provide online demos to clients.
Handle incoming queries through emails, calls & Live chat.
Counseling prospects over telephone and emails.
Back end administration, account activation, invoicing, maintaining CRM
Prior working experience of minimum 1 years in a similar profile
Well versed with all the lead generation platforms like
Navigator, Zoom info, Fundoo data etc.
Able to work independently and insight to know when to seek
Prior experience in out bound calling
Excellent Communication Skills- written and spoken
Pro Active & Self Initiative
