About the Role

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist/IT Recruiter who can join our team. The candidate should have:

At least 1 year of experience in IT staffing for domestic (India) market.
Excellent communication skills
Willing to work from office

What you will do:

Analyze the requirements to understand clients IT resource need and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum turnaround time.
Source & Screen candidates from various sources like Internal Company Database, Resume/Job Portals and Professional Networking.
Maintain Candidate/Vendor relations; keep them updated on the progress of submittals made.
Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork & On Boarding.
